We employ an online ticketing system that tracks an inquiry from start to finish . You recieve a confirmation email once an inquiry has been received and you can use the email to contact the guest directly.
If we receive an offline booking we still open a ticket to track your inquiry. The process is the same as an online inquiry from that point.
