Well, since you ask…lots going on. While Aspen is best known as a winter destination, it is truly a gem during the summer months with warm days, cool evenings, low humidity and a laid-back vibe. On a recent flight from New York City, I has the pleasure of sitting with many well-known NYC based chef’s, all attending the annual Food and Wine Festival.
