Garden City Golf Club is the only course like it in the world. At first glance one would assume Garden City is a links layout, but this course sits in its own unique category. Designed by Devereaux Emmet and Walter Travis this 18-hole course features wide open fairways lined with fescue grass. The designers utilized the natural contours of the land to create the rolling fairways. Many of the greens are encircled by large mounds. The Atlantic Ocean is just 10 miles from the course creating one of the most impressive courses on American soil.
