The Society is committed to maintaining the integrity of each property featured on TheSociety.com and our partner sites. Below you will find the general descriptions for each property classification. It is The Society’s privilege and obligation to ensure each property merits the classification given. We adhere to a set of luxury standards abiding across service, location and amenities.
Our classification criterion was created by several independent experts in the real estate, vacation rental and interior design industries known as the Luxury Vacation Rental Council (LVRC). The LVRC uses these guidelines in determining a property classification. Additionally, as a service to our home owners and property managers, the LVRC provides a Luxury Trends and Insight Report containing tips and trends in the luxury rental market.
