GLOBAL BUNDLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Global Bundle "Terms and Conditions" are terms for Managers and Owners ("The Manager") that participate in the Global Bundle online marketing solution. The existing company ("The Society") Terms and Services, which can be found at http://thesociety.com/terms, still apply to all listing managers, owners and brokers.

1) Participating Websites.

1.1 The "Participating Websites" shall mean, initially the websites accessible at the following URLs:
HomeAway.com, GreatRentals.com, CyberRentals.com, A1Rentals.com, Holiday-Rentals.co.uk, RobbReportCollection.com, vacationhomemag.com, DuPontRegistry.com/homes, LuxuryRealEstate.com, LuxuryTravelMagazine.com and TheSociety.com

1.2 The Society may add to or subtract from the set of Participating Websites in its sole discretion, provided that the aggregate end user traffic on the set of Participating Websites is reasonably expected to be substantially the same as is represented by the set of Participating Websites immediately prior to such change. The Manager acknowledges that it shall have no right to determine any element of the design, interface or graphical environment of any aspect of the Participating Websites, including, without limitation, with respect to any webpage on which any portion of the Listing Information is displayed or through which any portion of the Listing Information is accessed or retrieved.

2) Listing Information

The Manager hereby grants to The Society a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, modify, reformat, host, display, distribute and otherwise use or permit the use of the vacation rental property listings and all content relating thereto that is provided by The Manager to The Society (the "Listing Information") during the Term in connection with the Participating Websites, including the right to sublicense the hosting of the Participating Websites and such Listing Information to third-parties that provide hosting services to or for The Society.

3) Listing Requirements

The Manager shall provide the Listing Information to The Society in the form of the web-enabled property profile. In order to qualify for listing on the Participating Websites, the Listing Information must contain the information requested on the property profile. For some Participating Websites, images must be a minimum 600X400 pixels to be live.

4) One Property in One Location Listing

The Global Bundle listings are designed to advertise one property in one location. Each listing may only relate to one specific property. The property in a listing may not be substituted by another property.

5) Listing Content Policies

Each Participating Website has policies regarding the inclusion of web addresses (links/URLs) and e-mail addresses. The Society cannot guarantee that web addresses and email addresses will be included in all advertisements. References to these web addresses and email addresses may be removed without notice.

6) All content must be family safe and ""G"" rated.

Ads may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. All such references are not considered acceptable content and may be removed WITHOUT NOTICE. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.

7) Fees

The Manager shall pay to The Society a fee equal to the invoice amount for each property listing that is provided to The Society hereunder (the "Annual Listing Fee"). For each such property listing, the Annual Listing Fee shall entitle The Manager to have that listing displayed on the Participating Websites for up to one continuous year, beginning on the day (the "Live Listing Date") that The Society has enabled the Listing Information associated with that listing such that it is available for display and distribution on Participating Websites in response to inquiries by end users of the Participating Websites. The Society may change the Annual Listing Fee at any time upon 60 days prior written notice to The Manager.

8) Cancellations and Refunds

All listings are sold to run the full term that is chosen by the member. Refunds are only available for the first listing during the first month of service. No refunds are available on a second or subsequent listing. Please take this into account prior to adding additional listings or renewing a listing. Refunds do not apply to timeshare units, fractional units OR in cases where the property is offered for rent less than 6 months of the year. If you are dissatisfied with your initial listing for ANY REASON during the first month of service, we will cancel your listing and send you a refund less a $100 service fee.

If you renew your listing, you do so with the understanding that it will remain online for one full year without refund.
