Balalaika Group Retreat consists of six two-story, two bedroom, two bath townhouses in three side-by-side buildings, sleeping 36. These are high-end units with designer furnishings and every amenity. There is a 600+ sq.ft communal deck with outdoor dining and outdoor fireplace. The spacious,light-filled livng rooms, with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces in stone hearths, and television with DVD, feature plate glass windows looking out on redwood forests and mountains. Every living room opens to a deck with patio dining and barbecue and there is a dining area for six.

The kitchens have designer cabinetry and granite counters and are fully furnished. Five master bedrooms have a king bed, one has a queen bed, with television and its own balcony; the second bedrooms all have queen beds. The beautiful bathrooms in stone and tile have a double head shower in one and a shower/tub combination in the other. For additional sleeping, three of the master bedrooms have a double "settee" futon, one guest bedroom has an additional twin bed, and one unit has a queen "settee" futon in the livng room rather than in the master bedroom. One unit has both the futon in the master bedroom, as well as one in the living room. Four of the units share two hot tubs,. one eight person, one six person, with privacy gates to ensure privacy for the unit using the hot tub. Two of the units have a washer and dryer. All units have wireless high-speed Internet access as well as unlimited domestic long distance telephone service.

There are tennis courts and seasonal pee wee golf across the street, small beach access a short walk, and a day use community pool around the corner. This home is about a mile-and-a-half from downtown Guerneville, seven minutes from the highest concentration of wine-tasting rooms in the county, a short drive from Korbel, and a two minute drive to Mid-Way Beach (day use fee). Off-street parking for up to 18 cars, five in tandem. One dog per unit okay.
