Three bedroom, two bath spacious, sunny, contemporary home with river access and fine furnishings. Three decks with hot tub and spectacular river views. Paths and steps to dock; two kayaks. Large living room has fireplace, double sleeper, and 52" television with DVD player.. Bedrooms have king bed and two queens; master bath has double shower and oversized tub; tub/shower in second bath. Televisions in all bedrooms (42" in master bedroom). Wireless high-speed internet access. Gas grill. Private, yet only a flat one-half mile to downtown Guerneville. Filtered drinking water; ice-maker. Fenced area. Central heat.
