Our stay at the Oceanview house during February was a very pleasant experience. The property both inside and out was in excellent condition. The kitchen was well equipped and the pantry and frig were stocked with some very nice "goodies." The rooftop deck is a great late afternoon site for a glass of wine and a spectacular ocean view. Shoreline Park across the street is good for daily walks and State Street shopping and dining are close bye. Hope we can return again sometime. %u2013Bill Ellis
Thanks again for arranging our stay at the Sycamores Estate. For my group that came down from Seattle to ride our bikes in the Santa Barbara area the setup could not have been more PERFECT. The manicured back yard was a great place to hang out in the sun after our rides, the kitchen/dining/family room area was perfect for the large dinners we had and thanks for ordering up perfect weather as well. I can%u2019t imagine a better setup.
