This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Montecito vacation home is located on a beautiful tree lined street in Montecito, two blocks from Miramar beach. Just a half mile away is Coast Village Road, with some of the best restaurants and shopping that Santa Barbara and Montecito offer.
The fully stocked kitchen looks out onto the beautiful back yard. The large front yard is enclosed with a white picket fence and hedge, and the backyard has a patio with a gas BBQ grill, hammock and a flagstone seating area. "This year will be our fourth year staying in the cottage on Humphrey in Montecito. We absolutely love our little "beach home" away from home. The yard is gorgeous, the house is perfect and so well-equipped, and the proximity to the beach makes for such a fun family vacation!"
