Riyad El Arsa is built around a courtyard onto which all rooms and salons open. On the ground floor, adjacent to the courtyard, the living room is finely decorated with warm tones and colors , such as reds, oranges and yellows, enriched by the beautiful woodcarving. The Jacuzzi, the "Bhou", a winter salon ideal to retire for a moment of intimacy, and an en suite bedroom occupy the other sides of the courtyard. The first floor comprises the master apartment and one other en suite bedroom and a charming dining room overlooking the patio that can accommodate up to ten guests. Riyad El Arsa comprises three ensuite bedrooms, of which one has an additional room, ideal for children.
