Drakothea is a unique property overlooking Dragonissi Island and peaceful Lia Bay. This charming home is a fusion between "horio" -the Mykonian country style - elegance and comfort. The outdoor area, designed to keep the natural elements around shows an impressive infinity lap-pool composed of bare rock edges. Numerous plants, flowers and cacti surround the property. Inside, beautiful antique pieces, personal items and some unusual creations decorate the many rooms with harmony and charm. The white walls have rough surfaces, the corridors have been carved into rocks and each room is a real discovery and admiration for the eye and spirit. Each bedroom, with own balcony or terrace enjoys stunning views of the sea and Dragonissi. The cozy garden bedroom was recently renovated for more comfort, with a new double bed and a wooden built-in wardrobe.

The main bedroom upstairs is exquisitely decorated, its en-suite bathroom shows a dome ceiling with half a dozen small colored skylights giving bright and colorful rays throughout. The effect is spectacular.

The newly refurbished open-plan kitchen is large and very functional. Adjoined, the formal dining room has a chic yet simple style, drapes of white see-through fabric hang flowing gracefully to separate the room from the entrance. The sitting room has a cozy atmosphere displaying many antique objects and art pieces, while the TV and Hi-Fi equipment are well hidden behind a thick antique wooden door. The side terrace with dining area features a BBQ/oven ideal for entertaining guests whilst enjoying endless sea views.

The Airport is 12kms/15-20 minute drive.

This villa sleeps 6-8 people. When booked as a 3 bedroom the guest house is closed off and only the main house is occupied.

Security Deposit €1,000.

A two week stay is required, anything less than that may incur a 10%- 15% surcharge, depending on the time of year.
