Presidential (Ariadne & Minos) two deluxe properties with spectacular sea views, unique features and facilities. Built on two floors and of a similar layout, each villa has a large infinity seasonally-heated pool with built-in jacuzzi and jet for upstream swimming. The ground floor has a spacious living room with formal dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows open directly onto the pool deck terrace. They have three grand "loft-style" master suites with en-suite marble bathrooms, whirlpool baths and separate shower cabins. The villas are also equipped with own private gym, sauna and steam bath.

Aegean (Plaka & Limnes) are two smaller, yet attractive properties with their own swimming pool, built-in jacuzzi and sea views. Each house features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms sharing one bathroom.
