This elegant, formal villa is located on the edge of the small, medieval village of Crespina, in a beautiful country area in the Pisa Region. Its position makes it ideal for day trips to the most famous Tuscan towns, such as Florence, Siena and Lucca, while the international airport of Pisa is only 30 minutes away. The original structure of the villa has been preserved, and the interiors have been furnished with the owners' family pieces, including some antiques.
The rooms are very spacious and airy, especially the large and comfortable living room. All the bedrooms, with the exception of the children's room, have a private, en-suite bathroom. A large, well kept park surrounds the property, from which it is possible to admire wonderful views over the surrounding valleys. The furnished veranda on the back of the villa offers a very lovely spot for al fresco dining. The beautiful 14 x 6 swimming pool has been installed in the most panoramic part of the estate, overlooking the surrounding green hills.
Along with the peaceful ambience you can appreciate while staying at Guardavalle, the village of Crespina is within walking distance.
DISTANCES: Crespina (nearest village with shops, bank and PO) is 1 kms, Lavoira (nearest highway exit) is 12kms, Pisa Airport is 15kms and the beaches are 20 kms.
A chef, heating and telephone available for an additional charge. There is deposit upon check-in of €250 for the telephone. Extra maid service is €13 per hour. All of these 'a la carte" services are paid locally with Euros and subject to change.
This villa is listed as a 5 bedroom, although there is an extra bedroom with 4 beds that can sleep children. Thus the villas sleeps 10 + 4 people.
