We offer pre-arrival baggage delivery, in-home ski rental fittings, reservations service, transportation arrangement, flower delivery, and personal shopping services just to name a few. Peak Properties is on hand to make any wish or request a reality. This over-the-top guest service and hands-on philosophy allows us to create strong business relationships with every guest, making them a Peak Properties guest for life.
Additionally, Peak Properties will have a concierge on hand to actually meet guests as they arrive and help them get settled into their rental home. They will assist guests with their baggage, and conduct a quick home tour featuring all amenities, the proper use of electronics, and any other unique home features. The concierge will also drop off an itinerary at that time outlining any trip plans and reservations.
