Walk to Slopes - Red Hawk is one of the closest places to the ski lifts without having to pay the high prices of ski-in / ski-out lodging. You are literally about 300 yards to the River Run Gondola from the front door of Red Hawk.
Amazing Views - From just about anywhere at Red Hawk Lodge, you'll have amazing views of either the ski slopes or to the East where you'll see Argentine Peak and the Continental Divide.
Underground Heated Parking - Unlike many other condo complex, you'll have free heated underground parking so you don't have to worry about your diesel engine not starting in the cold or having to scrape ice off your windshield.
Bike Path - In the summer months, the bike path runs right next to Red Hawk Lodge and allows access to all the features of the Keystone Valley. Follow the bike path all the way down the valley to Lake Dillon, the town of Dillon, the town of Frisco and eventually to Breckenridge if you're feeling frisky.
Outdoor Heated Pool and Hot Tub - Situated right outside on the south facing end of the building is an outdoor heated pool with 2 hot tubs. The south side faces the River Run ski slopes, so you'll be able to see the mountains while you soak in the hot tub.
Fitness Center - Located on premises is a full fitness center with workout machines and all the equipment you need to warm up for the day. If you're not into skiing, this is where you can still get your exercise if it's too cold outside. The best part is the view from the exercise room....directly to the ski slopes at Keystone!

It is the perfect place to watch night skiers make their way down the mountain. With the Snake River in the foreground and the bike path only a few feet away, this is a nature lover's paradise. Heated ski lockers are located at the entrance of the building, so there is no need to lug your skis up to the condo at the end of the day.
Kitchen/Dining Room - The kitchen is well equipped and ready to prepare many wonderful home cooked meals. Even though you are in River Run and can walk to several great dining establishments, we know that after skiing all day, you will look forward to a intimate dinner at "home".
Living Room - Relax on this supper comfy queen size leather sleeper sofa. The rock fireplace creates such a cozy setting, you might just fall asleep while watching the 37 inch HD LCD flat screen TV. With a DVD and CD player, we have all of your entertainment needs covered. Internet access is free via wireless network or ethernet cable.
Bedroom 1 - The kids are going to love this! Bunk beds, games, and books, they might just want to stay in their room all night. The large stuffed bears are perfect companions to an evening of playing games and having fun.
