Quiet Area - Settlers Creek is located about a mile to the East of the hustle and bustle of River Run Village in Keystone. It is a quieter area where you will feel like you're "away from it all", yet only minutes away are shop, restaurants, and much much more.
The Snake River - One of the best features of Settlers Creek is that is is located close to the Snake River. If you're a fisherman, you'll love the secret "holes" where brook trout hang out. Numerous trails and incredible views are all around.
Trails everywhere - Settlers Creek is located to the East of River Run in Keystone. There are numerous trails and history in the area. Its easy to find an old trail nearby used in the mining era of Colorado to explore on an early morning walk to make a whole day of exploring new trails. Many forest service trails are also in the area and you also have the unique ability to HIKE to Arapahoe Basin ski area, which is just over the hill to the North.
Free Shuttle - Settlers Creek has a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. No need to drive to the ski slopes or River Run. Just come out your door for easy pickup and you'll be on the slopes within minutes. All shuttles have ski carriers, so it's quick and easy.

Newly built and furnished in 2008, this unit will delight even the most selective guest. All of the upgrades make this one of the most opulent properties in Keystone. Even a week long vacation won't allow you to get enough of this place!
Kitchen - This is not the typical condo kitchen! Full granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, a gas range and cherry cabinets make this gourmet kitchen easy to work in. Even if you don't enjoy cooking, you will want to make at least one meal here just to say you did! The dining room table has seating for six, and the breakfast bar has two barstools. A door allows you easy access to the patio.
Living Room - You will have the opportunity to appreciate nature even inside of this unit! The windows provide a view of the hillside directly outside of the unit. If you look close enough, you might be able to spot foot prints of the wildlife that scamper through the yard. The gas log fireplace is surrounded by natural rock. The large sleeper sectional sofa allows everybody to enjoy a movie on the 42 inch flat screen TV. This room is also equipped with a stereo system and MP3 player.
Bedroom 1 - A queen bed and a flat screen t.v. allow you comfort and privacy. Take some time for yourself before joining the group. With a pack and play and a stroller stowed away in the closet, this room is fully equipped so all you have to bring is the baby!
Master Bedroom - Get to the condo before everybody else in order to stake your claim on the master bedroom! The king sized bed is dressed in luxurious linens and will be irresistible after a day in the Colorado sun. The 32" flat screen tv has a built in DVD player allowing you to watch and re-watch your favorite movies. Look at the window and peer through the tall pines straight up the hill. What a sense of privacy. An attached bath with a large jetted tub dual sinks allows you a sense of pure relaxation before hitting the slopes for the day.
Patio - Enjoy dinner on the patio. With a gas grill and a table and two chairs, dine alfresco and take in the sights and sounds of Keystone before calling it a night.
