The Springs is located on the Eastern side of River Run Village, yet only 150 yards from the ski lifts. It's so close to the lifts, that people skiing just for the day PAY to park where this complex is located so they too can walk to the ski lifts! The Springs offers by far the nicest amenities of any condo complex in River Run Village. The courtyard is filled with plenty of things to do for people of all ages. The Swimming pool is THE best in all of Keystone and features a water slide, and multiple pools and outdoor hot tubs. Not to mention the outdoor gas grill, fire pit and play area for kids....all in a secure fenced environment.
The Courtyard - If you thought the pool is awesome at The Springs, just take a look around at the courtyard! Featuring a firepit with benches surrounding and a gas grill for you to cook your own trout! The Springs courtyard is by far the most feature packed in all of River Run Village at Keystone.
The POOL!!! - The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs are what make The Springs the MOST desirable place to stay in all of River Run Village at Keystone. Featuring a huge outdoor pool with a natural water slide along with numerous hot tubs and water falls. Open year-round!
Rec Room in the lobby - Featuring a pool table and big screen tv lounge right in the lobby. Bar tables and a wet bar is accessible for all guests. (Sorry...drinks not supplied, but you can certainly make your own here).
Kids play room - Located right in the lobby there is a separate room for kids while you play pool or watch TV with your fellow travelers. Lots of toys, video tapes all tucked into a secure location so the kids can't wander off too far.
Walk to the ski slopes - Pop out any door at The Springs, and you'll be at the ski lift in about 2 minutes. by foot along snow-cleared heated pathways.
Heated underground parking - As with all properties in River Run Village, you'll have heated underground parking for your car so you won't have to worry about trying to start it up in the cold or scrape any ice off the windows.
Walk to shops and restaraunts - Located right in River Run, but off to the side just a little, you have easy access to all the fun and excitement of River Run Village. Stop by the Inxspot or Starbucks for coffee and don't forget the Great Northern Tavern or Parrot Eyes for lunch and dinner.
Bike Path - In the summer months, the bike path runs right next to The Springs and allows access to all the features of the Keystone Valley. Follow the bike path all the way down the valley to Lake Dillon, the town of Dillon, the town of Frisco and eventually to Breckenridge if you're feeling frisky.

The Springs is one of the most sought after buildings in Keystone! If you have small children, this is the place for you. With a fabulous pool featuring rock formations, a waterside and two hot tubs, you will have to tear the kids away. Inside the building is also a children's play area. This three bedroom unit is one of the most spacious in all of River Run. Just a short walk from the lifts, you will enjoy all that Keystone has to offer in upscale accommodations.
Kitchen - This kitchen features granite counter tops and a slate tile floor. With a breakfast bar that seats three, it's super convenient to grab a quick meal before heading out to the slopes. The building is close enough, you can come back for lunch and avoid the crowds at the lodge. For more formal meals, the dining room table seats seven.
Living Room - The comfortable sofa is a sleeper, providing extra sleeping capacity for larger groups. With hardwood floors throughout and a gas log fireplace, this condo is super cozy! The view of the slopes with keep you motivated to grab your skis and go.
Guest Bedroom - This comfortable bedroom will make a cozy retreat when you just can't ski anymore. Watch the night skiers from the window if you can keep your eyes open.
Master Bedroom - With an incredible view of the slopes and a balcony right off of the bedroom, you might feel guilty about spending your vacation time sleeping. The attached bath makes it easy for you to get ready in a hurry.
Master Bedroom 2 - Who can get enough of the snow covered slopes? With incredible views and a comfy bed, you may never want to leave this room. The attached bath is perfect for getting ready in the morning.
Balcony - This is the best feature of the whole condo. Sit outside and enjoy the view of the pool, hot tubs and the slopes! Bring a thermos full of hot chocolate, because you won't want to move for the rest of the afternoon
