Modern, spacious, 400 sq. meters (4300 sq ft.) home sitting on a 1,600 sq. meters (17200 sq ft.) lot in quiet area of south Jacó beach with 25 meters (82 feet) of unobstructed beach frontage. 5 minute drive to downtown.

Fully air conditioned and airy interiors make it very fresh. Enjoy the sunset from the hammock on the balcony or by the pool. Surf, have a barbecue and gaze at the stars. This is your perfect beach house.

Designed with Feng Shui in mind, there's a fountain at the entrance and the ceilings are high, giving this house a sense of well-being. The kitchen and living area remain cool thanks to the windows' orientation.

The air conditioned bedrooms are on the second floor. The Master bedroom boasts a King bed and private bathroom. A screened sliding glass door leads out to a balcony with a hammock overlooking the pool and beach. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a half bathroom. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom across the hallway.

The fourth and fifth guestrooms (Double bed and Double+Twin beds) are located in a adjacent building within the property and are accessed by a staircase just off the main house front entrance. They each have a private bathroom.

The beautiful pool with trickling wall fountain and red palms invite you to do nothing but relax by them, while listening to the refreshing roar of the ocean.

If you want to venture out, the town is only five minutes away and some great little Tico restaurants are around the corner.

There is ample parking space, as well as an alarm system and an automatic main gate.

Prices in the rate table below are for the entire property. Smaller groups (up to 6 people) may rent just the 3 rooms in the main house for only $500/night or $3,000/week in FRESH Season and $600/night or $3600/week in HOT Season (not applicable for Christmas/New Year).

Damage deposit is $1,000, which can be settled with a credit card at check-in.
