Buena Vista Luxury Villas is an exclusive waterfront gated community located in the Tulemar Gardens of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. A charge of $30.00 for each additional adult per room per night will be charged. Adults are considered guests that are 11 years and older.
Reservation Policies:
-25% deposit required with in 7 days of reservation and balance is due 30 days prior to check in. Special arrangements can be made with choice travel agents
-Rates are calculated at rack rate plus 16.39% + 3% (taxes, processing and condominium fees)
-No show due to weather conditions will not be granted a refund
-Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, payments made on reservations are non-refundable
-Check in time is 2:00pm; Check out time is 12:00pm
