PERSONAL CHEF:
The Sandhurst Personal Chef "Matt-Z-Chef" is internationally renowned and has been featured in Bon Appetit and Gulfshore Life Magazines. We are fortunate to have Matt not only provision the kitchen and prepare incredible meals; but, also take guests out on his state-of-the-art Kevlar fishing boat so they may have fun and catch the evening's dinner. The guests love to have Matt take them island-hopping to a deserted beach for a shipwreck "picnic".
Matt recently provided his services for the 2004 MTV Summer Beach House Rental with Usher (the famous singer!) at Sandhurst. Usher was so impressed, that Matt was asked to provide his services again at the Miami MTV Video Music Awards.
If you are interested in having Matt cook for you just 1 night or every night, please visit his website at MattzChef. Matt claims that children are his toughest critics ('they don't know what they're supposed to like!); however, he is happy to create a very special dining experience for individuals with special dietary needs and considerations.
If you prefer to cook your own meals, the newly renovated state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen will delight the most discriminating cook. The 15-foot granite center island and commercial gas stove are the best.
