While the exterior may remind guests of Breckenridge’s Victorian past, the interior is a mix of Victorian design with 21st century comfort and convenience.
The open guest areas are perfect for large families, two families traveling together and groups of friends. The living room with its corner fireplace will be perfect for snowy evenings while the Victorian dining room is perfect for long dinner conversations over multiple bottles of wine. However, we believe guests will naturally gather in the custom granite and stainless-steel kitchen. Lay out breakfast on the eating bar or at night, the pizza and beer within easy reach.
All three bedrooms have been custom designed each with a unique color palette respecting the historic design of the home and its location on French Street. Comfortable duvet’s and hand-carved wood furnishings are on display in each bedroom. The bathrooms, designed with Victorian accents yet the landed gentry who occupied this home in the late 1800’s would marvel at the claw foot tubs and luxury vanities.
For the workaholic or just the e-mail obsessed, the home offers high-speed wireless internet. However, we suggest, enjoy the soothing waters of the outdoor private hot tub with uninterrupted views of the night sky.

Hi...We are looking for a rental March 17=22 or 23. It is just for the two of us and we are looking to spend appx. $350.00 per night. Our first choice out be River Run to be close to everything as we have never spent any time in Keystone before. Not knowing the area how far is your rental from River Run as i and told that is the closest to everything? Thank you!
