Located at the Christie Lift of Steamboat Springs Resort in Colorado, this 3 bedroom penthouse offers guests the ultimate location and experience. During winter, ski-in/out (ski in for lunch on the balcony then back on the slopes), in the evenings, walk to base area for apres-ski/dinner or free shuttle to downtown. During summer hike, bike, kayak and enjoy all the outdoor offerings of the Colorado Rockies. During spring and fall, enjoy Steamboat sans crowds, visit the many natural hot springs in the area. Gourmet and casual dining year-round.
The flat is “A” rated by Steamboat Central Reservations. The first level offers guests an expansive living room dominated by a 22’ high moss-rock fireplace, ceiling fan, halogen lighting, flat-screen, stereo, dining area seats 8, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, full bathroom and balcony overlooking the slopes.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and ceiling fan, a junior master with queen bed and the children’s suite with one bunk bed and a fold-out sleeper. All bedrooms have television. Additional full bathroom on this level as well. Top floor, no concerns about footsteps or neighbors.
On-site amenities include a ski-locker, sauna, outdoor hot tub, free parking. 150 yards to Ski Time Square base area. Ski/board down to lift. Professionally managed.
