Distinctive but wonderfully integrated architecture is a signature of the lavish Villa Las Palmas. But strong integration is necessary in a property whose stature measures 13,000 square feet. Two of it six suites are separate casitas, beautiful enclaves perfect for the privacy-seeking among you. Of course, almost all of its suites have beguiling ocean views, looking out to the handsome harbor in Cabo San Lucas and the gleaming Sea of Cortez beyond.

Luxury touches are everywhere, with no false step of showiness, only style. Marble and travertine grace the floors as well as the counters, where granite also makes its winning statement. As is fitting with a villa of this size, there are many additional amenities, like a movie room, game room with full billiard table and fully equipped exercise room.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:
Your personal Guest Experience Coordinator will be waiting for you at the airport upon arrival. They will be ready to assist you and transport you and your guests to Villa Las Palmas.

During your stay at Villa Las Palmas, transportation can be arranged for all of your scheduled or unplanned trips and excursions. Whether it is taking your party to the docks to board Spartacus, driving you all to a local golf course or shopping district, or taking you outside the city for a planned excursion, no trip is too short or too far.

For those who prefer to provide their own transportation, vehicles can be provided/arranged so you can be your own tour guide.

YACHT SERVICES:
The Spartacus at Sea comes complete with crew. Led by Captain Steve Geary, his team, comprising of 3 nautical experts will provide you an unparalleled fishing experience one could not get elsewhere. Captain Steve Geary loves to fish, starting his career as a 12 year old on the San Diego sport boats. His apprenticeship taught him all aspects of fishing giving him diverse knowledge of bottom fishing, tuna and grouper fishing.

Since moving to Cabo he has stepped up to bigger game and has already proved himself by landing a 600 lb blue marlin and his very best day for striped marlin was 37 fish in one day at Mag Bay. Steve has an easy going personality and works hard to find you fish.

PRIVATE HANGAR:
A private hangar for your private jet is available for your use at no cost at the nearby executive airport. The full service executive airport will provide you with the ultimate in comfort, convenience, customs, and immigration service. By having access to a private hangar, traveling back and forth to Villa Las Palmas is a breeze. The airport's private customs and immigration service always provides a quick service when arriving or departing.

The airport has an elevation of 210 meters (690’), it has a runway of 1523 x 30 m (5,000 x 100 feet) asphalted, and oriented 11-29. It currently offers two platforms to the general and executive aviation; one of these platforms is 160,000 sq ft and the other 75,000 sq ft, and a terminal of 8,100 sq ft.

It has a service supply of av gas LL, and jet fuel A, and it operates in visual conditions (VFR) offering working hours from 7 AM to 7PM local time.

The Airport in Cabo San Lucas is located only a short distance from town (approximately 15 minutes). Its access road is about to be upgraded to four lanes made of hydraulic concrete, which will reduce the travel time to 10 minutes. This modernization plan, the master 'Development Plan' is based and supported in the certainty that it would result in being much more convenient for a big part of the aviation market to arrive at Cabo San Lucas Airport.

Transportation is always arranged for you by the staff of Villa Las Palmas. Your private Chevy Suburban will take you back and forth from the hangar to the villa and provides you with the utmost convenience when traveling to and from Cabo.
