Down a winding country driveway, this stone country house is a fabulous combination of New York chic and Bucks County charm. The estate sits on 65 private acres of rolling lawns, country gardens and woods with walking trails that showcase our fall foliage.
This gorgeous property is located in Tinicum Township, the most desirable part of Bucks County. Situated a mere 80 minute drive from NYC and 60 minute drive from Philadelphia. It is just Minutes from the Delaware River and the historic Canal Towpath, an excellent area for jogging, biking, cross-country skiing, or just enjoying the scenery. The estate is very private and tranquil, but not far from New Hope and Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and the quaint New Jersey Delaware River communities.
This country estate is the perfect place to entertain friends and family for Thanksgiving and the winter holidays. Skylights flood the gourmet kitchen with light, and French doors open to a trellised patio where you can drink your morning coffee and watch the deer visit the stream at the edge of the lawn.
The charming dining room with walk in stone fireplace and old wood paneling is wonderful for intimate country evenings but large enough for dinner parties with friends. The back of the house is graced by a library and living room with working fireplace.
The three-story house has five bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with interesting architectural details and quaint nooks throughout. Our gated and landscaped pool area has a heated pool that will remain through mid-October, weather permitting.

Rates for May through September are $4000 a week, $12,000.00 per month with a one-week minimum rental. Holidays are rented for $4000 per week, otherwise October through April rentals are $3250/week with allowances for smaller stays.

The house has central air and heating, working fireplace available for proper use. All linens and towels are provided. We provide toilet paper, paper towels,firewood and propane for the grill. We have a very well-provided kitchen with a nice new Viking cook-top/wall oven and enough wine glasses etc to be able to entertain comfortably (you can always check on numbers) We provide wireless Internet and a basic satellite package for no cost to the renter. Any extra satellite packages (sports package etc, please let us know and we will order for you at your expense) We do not provide bicycles or canoes, please bring your own or rent locally, the Delaware River is fantastic and the Canal Path is a great, flat spot safe for even youngsters to ride bikes safe from traffic.
