The French Riviera is well known for being one of the most luxurious places to vacation not only in France, but in the world as well.  The two most well known destinations of this area are Nice and Cannes, both luxurious cities, but very different from one another.

Cannes is known as the prize gem of the Côte d’Azur, as the luxury here is incomparable to the rest of southern France.  Known as one of the most beautiful places on earth with the added addition of the Mediterranean climate, Cannes is a place of relaxation, sunbathing, wining and dining, and living the good life.
